The 1600A016GU Bosch ProCORE Battery uses the latest cell technology, Bosch state these 12Ah ProCORE Batteries will give 135% longer charging life compared to standard lithium power packs due to CoolPack 2.0 technology preventing overheating. Also in the range and available from Power Tools UK is the "Compact" battery ProCORE 18v x 4.0Ah with a single-layer structure thanks to new cells with a higher capacity. It is therefore much smaller and lighter than the standard 4Ah two-layer battery, but offers the same performance facilitating serial applications or overhead work.
