Makita DCL501Z Vacuum Cleaner

18v BODY ONLY DCL501Z Makita Cyclone Vacuum Cleaner uses a filtration system with cyclone separation, by separating dust from air using centrifugal force, large dust is collected in the dust cup of the cyclone section, and fine dust particles are collected in the filter. The DCL501Z powered through a tough brushless motor comes with soft start, HEPA filter with high filtration capacity for clean exhaust air, shoulder strap allowing for easy operation on stairs and washable dust cup and filter.

This machine offers the trade easy dust disposal plus a filter cleaning lever, after every use simply move the lever side to side to remove dust from the filter plus the machine LED indicators warn for filter cleaning (orange), and battery capacity (red). Run times off a 5Ah Makita Lithium Battery are approx 29 minutes on the high setting and 64 minutes on the low setting

Should any Makita machine fail during the extended free of charge warranty period, the returns process could not be simpler with faulty tools returned directly to Makita for inspection, repair or replacement as appropriate

The easiest and quickest way to arrange Makita Warranty is to contact their dedicated warranty team on 0800 345 7942 they will assist and help to arrange the return from you at the earliest opportunity. Please note that you will be asked for certain information including date of purchase and original invoice number before the warranty claim can be processed
  2. Makita at an agreed time and date will uplift the machine from any business or residential address, (it does not need to be the original invoice address shown on your paperwork) Makita WILL NOT COLLECT from building sites
  3. Please carefully package the machine ready for transit clearly marking the RMA reference on the package in advance of the agreed time and date of uplift
  4. Makita's commitment to their product range means that they will always endeavour to keep a complete stock of all spares for current and older products within their range. Under normal conditions Makita UK will inspect, report, repair, replace and return within 7 working days

Please note that warranty does not apply where:-

  • Repairs have been made or attempted by others
  • Repairs are required because of normal wear or tear
  • The tool has been abused, misused or improperly maintained
  • Alterations have been made to the tool
