Makita VC2012L Dust Extractor

Wet and Dry L-Class VC2012L Makita Dust Extractor 240v removes 99% of dust with limit value for occupational exposure >1.0mg/m3, suitable for processes involving mica, china clay and gypsum. The power take-off from the VC2012L/2 Dust Extractor is 2000w and has an automatic on/off function that activates when a connected power tool is switched on (this feature is only available on the 240v model). Other main features include a motor head design with flat top and tool deposit, innovative hose storage with flexible rubber strap, washable PET cartridge filter that protects the turbine by holding back fine dust and debris that can reduce the life of the machine. An integrated carry handle makes lifting and tilting the container quick, easy and convenient plus the push and clean system takes just seconds to clean the filter

Makita customers can extend this initial Power Tools UK warranty period out to 36 months by registering machines, batteries or chargers directly with Makita at makitauk.com/3-year-warranty within 30 days of purchase. Should any Makita machine fail during the extended free of charge warranty period, the returns process could not be simpler with faulty tools returned directly to Makita for inspection, repair or replacement as appropriate

  1. The easiest and quickest way to arrange Makita Warranty is to contact their dedicated warranty team on 0800 345 7942 they will assist and help to arrange the return from you at the earliest opportunity. Please note that you will be asked for certain information including date of purchase and original invoice number before the warranty claim can be processed
  2. Makita at an agreed time and date will uplift the machine from any business or residential address, (it does not need to be the original invoice address shown on your paperwork) Makita WILL NOT COLLECT from building sites
  3. Please carefully package the machine ready for transit clearly marking the RMA reference on the package in advance of the agreed time and date of uplift
  4. Makita's commitment to their product range means that they will always endeavour to keep a complete stock of all spares for current and older products within their range. Under normal conditions Makita UK will inspect, report, repair, replace and return within 7 working days

Please note that warranty does not apply where:-

  • Repairs have been made or attempted by others
  • Repairs are required because of normal wear or tear
  • The tool has been abused, misused or improperly maintained
  • Alterations have been made to the tool    
  • This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights
