DeWALT DCF921P2T Impact Wrench

DCF921P2T DeWALT Impact Wrench comes with 2 x 18v x 5Ah Lithium Batteries and 18v Charger uses an efficient brushless motor delivering high performance, extends tool life and allows for much shorter design at just 125mm. The optimised impact mechanism gives the trade up to 609Nm breakaway torque and 406Nm of fastening torque ensuring removal of the tightest bolts. The lightweight design gives the trade access into confined areas around the site plus the 1/2 square drive with hog ring allows quick socket changes, the DCF921P2T has a hole in anvil for securing of sockets with a retaining pin/rubber O-ring making it the ideal Impact Wrench for scaffolders. The DCF921P2T DeWALT Impact Wrench uses variable speed trigger control for complete control over all applications and the bright white LED work light with delay feature improves visibility and functionality with the added advantage of brightness control allowing the LED to be dimmed or turned off to suit the working environment

Forward tool operates at a reduced speed, reverse tool operates at normal speed
Mode 2 High Speed
Forward tool operates at normal speed, reverse tool operates at normal speed
Mode 3 Scaffolding
Forward tool impacts for 1.5 seconds after run down preventing over tightening, reverse tool stops when fastening is loose preventing run-off
Mode 4 Precision Wrench
Forward tool pauses before impacting to help prevent over tightening, reverse tool lowers speed when fastener is loose helping run-off

The DeWALT 36 month warranty guarantee is an extension to the standard 12 month warranty automatically covered by Power Tools UK, offering security in case of manufacturing and material defects to DeWALT Power Tools. Registration must be within 28 days of purchase in order that you can take advantage of this FOC warranty extension offered by DeWALT Power Tools  .

How does it work:- 

Log into MyDeWALT at http://MyDeWALT.DeWALT.co.uk/3/ and create an account if you do not already have one
Register the machine by entering the product model number and select an option from the drop-down listing. Unfortunately for kits each individual item must be registered separately  
Enter the date code (engraved inside the battery holder or on the underside of the machine) followed by the serial number shown on the machine rating label. Finally enter your SKU reference, purchase location plus the date of purchase and click confirm  
A summery page will appear showing that the machine has been successfully registered through the DeWALT Warranty Website. The confirmed availability of the extended warranty against the specific machine will be indicated in green allowing you to download the Warranty Certificate 
In the event of a machine failure during the extended warranty period contact DeWALT directly for guidance and assistance, you will be required to supply details from your Warranty Registration Certificate which you can recover through your original DeWALT account
