DCR009 DeWALT BLUETOOTH Rechargeable Speaker has been designed to play and stream audio via a wireless BLUETOOTH connection from your mobile phone or multiple other audio devices. Powered through an integrated lithium battery that recharges in around 120 minutes provides the speaker with around 15/16hrs of battery life at half volume. The bright LED indicating the battery charge status and the charging status of the device, communication range is recommended between 3mtr and 9mtr but has a maximum range of 30mtr. When using the DCB009 with a mobile phone should the phone receive a call while it is connected to the speaker, the connection will be paused and will automatically reconnect back to the speaker when the call has been completed.
The DCR009 comes with a host of features including a timeout facility to conserve the battery life of the speaker, powers off automatically after 15 minutes of inactivity plus a hot/cold delay. If the speaker battery gets to hot or to cold the DCR009 automatically starts a hot/cold delay suspending charging until the battery reaches the correct temperature, then automatically switches back to charging mode maximising the life of the rechargeable battery. Other main features are Bluetooth 5.0 pairing and connection allowing the trade faster and more reliable pairing, 53mm passive speaker for superb sound performance and up to 86db volume levels without distortion. Designed with handy front buttons that allow control of volume, pause and play plus fast pairing, USB-C charging port and a protection rating of IP67 that protects the speaker against standard jobsite conditions.

How does it work:-
- Log into MyDeWALT at http://MyDeWALT.DeWALT.co.uk/3/ and create an account if you do not already have one
- Register the machine by entering the product model number and select an option from the drop-down listing. Unfortunately for kits each individual item must be registered separately
- Enter the date code (engraved inside the battery holder or on the underside of the machine) followed by the serial number shown on the machine rating label. Finally enter your SKU reference, purchase location plus the date of purchase and click confirm
- A summery page will appear showing that the machine has been successfully registered through the DeWALT Warranty Website. The confirmed availability of the extended warranty against the specific machine will be indicated in green allowing you to download the Warranty Certificate
- In the event of a machine failure during the extended warranty period contact DeWALT directly for guidance and assistance, you will be required to supply details from your Warranty Registration Certificate which you can recover through your original DeWALT account
