BL1850B Makita Lithium Battery 1 x 18v x 5Ah LXT Lithium Battery offers the trade superb full re-charge time around 45 minutes and very useful Battery Level Indicator allowing the trade to utilise the full charge from every charge. Features of this 5Ah Makita Battery include built-in memory chip communicating the usage history of the battery with the 18v charger, high energy cells give more power per cell reducing the number of cells and weight required to produce the power band.
A large easy use release button allows quick mounting and dismounting from the tool, air vents cool the battery cells evenly assist temperature control increasing overall battery life. BL1850B batteries give longer run times and extended battery life with minimal depletion of power during use or storage over it's lifetime

Makita customers can extend this initial Power Tools UK warranty period out to 36 months by registering machines, batteries or chargers directly with Makita at makitauk.com/3-year-warranty within 30 days of purchase. Should any Makita machine fail during the extended free of charge warranty period, the returns process could not be simpler with faulty tools returned directly to Makita for inspection, repair or replacement as appropriate
- The easiest and quickest way to arrange Makita Warranty is to contact their dedicated warranty team on 0800 345 7942 they will assist and help to arrange the return from you at the earliest opportunity. Please note that you will be asked for certain information including date of purchase and original invoice number before the warranty claim can be processed
- Makita at an agreed time and date will uplift the machine from any business or residential address, (it does not need to be the original invoice address shown on your paperwork) Makita WILL NOT COLLECT from building sites
- Please carefully package the machine ready for transit clearly marking the RMA reference on the package in advance of the agreed time and date of uplift
- Makita's commitment to their product range means that they will always endeavour to keep a complete stock of all spares for current and older products within their range. Under normal conditions Makita UK will inspect, report, repair, replace and return within 7 working days
