Makita DUR369AZ Brush Cutter

18/36v BODY ONLY DUR369AZ Makita Brush Cutter is a highly efficient brushless line cutter with sturdy side handles for demanding use clearing extensive green area using the 430mm cutting width. The machine comes with three blade attachments line head, grass blade and composite blade, uses automatic speed control to save on battery life, an electric brake for maximum productivity plus 3 speed selection low, medium and high allowing the machine speed to match the application.

A rear end mounted motor makes the DUR369AZ Brush Cutter balanced similar to original petrol grass trimmers plus the Active Feedback Sensing Technology (AFT) stops the engine if the rotation suddenly stops or jams. 36v performance comes from 2 x 18v Makita Lithium Batteries connected in series, the batteries are placed in parallel in separate battery docking stations.

Makita Power Tools, Batteries and Chargers purchased from Power Tools UK are warranted to be free of defects from workmanship and materials for a period of 12 months from the original date of invoice. Makita customers can extend this initial Power Tools UK warranty period out to 36 months by registering machines, batteries or chargers directly with Makita at makitauk.com/3-year-warranty within 30 days of purchase. Should any Makita machine fail during the extended free of charge warranty period, the returns process could not be simpler with faulty tools returned directly to Makita for inspection, repair or replacement as appropriate

The easiest and quickest way to arrange Makita Warranty is to contact their dedicated warranty team on 0800 345 7942 they will assist and help to arrange the return from you at the earliest opportunity. Please note that you will be asked for certain information including date of purchase and original invoice number before the warranty claim can be processed
Makita at an agreed time and date will uplift the machine from any business or residential address, (it does not need to be the original invoice address shown on your paperwork) Makita WILL NOT COLLECT from building sites
Please carefully package the machine ready for transit clearly marking the RMA reference on the package in advance of the agreed time and date of uplift
Makita's commitment to their product range means that they will always endeavour to keep a complete stock of all spares for current and older products within their range. Under normal conditions Makita UK will inspect, report, repair, replace and return within 7 working days
